You should understand that by ordering any of our products, you agree to be bound by these terms & conditions.
By placing an order at DamoreSolution.uk, you warrant that you are at least 18 years old and accept these terms & conditions which shall apply to all orders placed or to be placed at Damore.Solution.uk for the sale and supply of any products. None of these terms & conditions affect your statutory rights. No other terms & conditions shall be binding unless agreed in writing and signed by Damore.Solution Ltd.

All personal information you provide us with either via a contact- admission or for order- processing purposes, will be handled by Damore.Solution Ltd. as responsible for the personal information.
(excluding electronically submitted credit-card details which are held by the payment provider and are fully encrypted)
The personal information you provide will ONLY be used to ensure:
1. The credit assessment for payment can be processed pertaining your order.
2. Deliveries to you that require contact details for the courier etc.
3. Accurate billing.
Your IP address is held in addition and is an associated anti-fraud security measure to geolocate for credit-card processing.
The personal information you provide is only available to Damore.Solution Ltd. and is not be shared with third parties.
You have the right to inspect the information held about you by either submitting a request, logging in to your account or using the GDPR settings embedded in the website.
Regardless, you always have the right to request Damore.Solution Ltd. to delete or correct the information held about you.
Events outside Damore.Solution Ltd’s control, which is not reasonably foreseeable, shall be considered force majeure, meaning that Damore.Solution.com is released from Damore.Solution.com’s obligations to fulfil contractual agreements. Example of such events are government action or omission, new or amended legislation, conflict, embargo, fire or flood, sabotage, accident, war, natural disasters, strikes or lack of delivery from suppliers. The force majeure also includes government decisions that affect the market negatively and products, for example, restrictions, warnings, ban, etc.
All products remain Damore.Solution Ltd’s property until full payment is made. Payment is generally via credit-card in advance of order-confirmation.
The price applicable is that set at the date on which you place your web-order or as exchanged in writing with Damore.Solution Ltd.
Any shipping costs and payment fees are recognised before confirming the final purchase price.
All payments conducted through Damore.Solution.uk web-shops are handled and transacted through third party dedicated gateways to guarantee your protection.
Card information is not stored and all card information is handled over SSL encryption.
Please read the terms & conditions for the payment gateway Stripe (web-shops) or SumUp (if your payment is processed by Damore.Solution manually) as they are responsible for the transactions made.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
In the event that you are not satisfied with your purchase, for whatever reason, then a refund will be made when within 14 days of you returning the product in “as new” condition.
Daily.Probiotic is exempt from being able to be returned due to the temperature relevant characteristic of the product.

– the items are to be returned with tracked postage at the clients expense and the details forwarded accordingly to: email@example.com
– ensure the items are still in original state and packaging seals are neither tampered with or broken in any way and the item(s) are to be deemed “new”
If any of these points are not upheld, we cannot guarantee a refund.
Returns that occur due to error of Damore.Solution Ltd. will be managed on a case-by-case basis.
We understand that you may have simply changed your mind about a purchase and therefore we can process a refund if still prior to dispatch.
The only stipulation is the “still new” and undamaged state of the product. There is no fee incurred for refunds or returns, but shipping charges that reflect the actual cost of shipping charges will be deducted from any refund value.
Damore.Solution Ltd. processes refunds by reversing or partially- refunding a credit-card payment.
To initiate a refund, please make us aware of your wishes and please wait for our response to confirm the receiving address to our dispatch/warehouse locations.
In all instances we ask to have a verification photograph to ensure that the product(s) is/are in new condition to complete a refund claim.

Accordingly, all consumer invoices/receipts issued will include 20.0%VAT at standard UK rate, unless the local VAT rate is stated.
Please note that local charges (eg sales tax, customs duty) may occur, depending on your region and local customs duties. These charges are at the customers own expense.
VAT/TAX RECLAIM PAYMENTS
Consumer VAT outside EU:
Be advised that we generally provide refunds or claims of taxes/vat via bank transfer and a 10.00GBP processing fee is deducted. Stipulations apply. (see below)
EXPORT/INTERNATIONAL CONSUMER TRADE
Please note that local charges (sales tax, customs duty etc.) may occur depending on your region and local customs duties. These charges are at the customers own expense.
OUTSIDE OF THE EUROPEAN COMMUNITY // VAT RECLAIM
Orders that are shipped outside of the EC and want to reclaim VAT do require an official export/import stamp of the corresponding customs authority and need to send the stamped invoice in original (no copies) via regular post-mail for us to review and reimburse your tax. We do not guarantee reimbursement and decide on the basis of each situation and documentation provided. Due to the laws of taxation, we cannot make any exceptions to this process and do decide in our own favour if documentation deems that choice prudent. Submission must be in writing with an appropriately formulated request and the relevant original documents/receipts/stamps etc.
Processing may take up to 90 days. Refunds requiring a bank transfer incur a 18.00GBP processing fee in addition to a 12.00GBP processing fee. Claims of less than 40.00GBP equivalent total tax value, are ineligible.
UK deliveries use either ParcelForce or DHL Express.
EU deliveries use DHL Express.
International deliveries use either DHL or UPS.
Time-relevant (cooled) deliveries are every Monday and/or Tuesday. Order deadline for Monday-dispatch is 12:00 GMT, Friday. Cut-off for Tuesday dispatch is 12:00 Monday, the day before. In case of a bank- or national- holiday occurring on the Monday, dispatches may shift 24h to suit.
Should stock not be fully available to complete an order the dispatch will be held to dispatch in full in a single delivery.
In summer there is an effort made with cooled packaging suitable for 72 hours of cooling at ambient temperature.
It is advisable to avoid cooled parcels being left in hot weather and exposed in summer months.
If you have an urgent order and the product is in stock, please indicate this and an express service can be acquired at an extra charge of 15.00 GBP using the DHL Express “next-day before 12:00” service. (pickup cut-off time permitting) Any express- service request needs to be submitted via email to receive confirmation. You must have payment details ready to process the extra charge immediately and will be called.

Damore.Solution Ltd. reserves the right to amend any information, including but not limited to prices, technical specifications, terms of purchase and product offerings without prior notice. At the event of when a product is sold out, Damore.Solution Ltd. has the right to cancel the order and refund any amount paid in the best way. Damore.Solution Ltd. shall also notify the customer of equivalent replacement products if available.
